Please use this forum to discuss the use of the radio in relation to addictions and substance abuse. The radio has already been used to address an addiction to cannabis for one aspect and is now currently being used to address an addiction to alcohol for another.

All links associated with the want to consume, links to situations where the substance was used as a supplement to a "lack of love" as well as other links. There is a simple way to address this using a Chart of Concerns however, as they charts have not been discussed yet, we will wait to explain this further. For now, we can simply ask God to address the presets that are linked to the consumption of whatever substance is being used.

Also note that addictions are not just limited to substance abuse. We can become addicted to many different things, gambling, sexual pleasure, ideas and beliefs. We use addictions to address a "lack" of one thing or another. Ultimately everything is love and we are attempting to substitute a lack of love in whatever department by our addiction to a label of "love" through another vice.
